Hi, I think most of the Msian will be back this week. And if you sign up the newsletter at masocbham.co.uk, you will receive the newsletter for the upcoming events.

Should be very soon.. around October. Btw, 31st October will be Nottingham Malaysian Games. Check it out.. there will be lot's of Malaysian there. :P

How's life in Birmingham? Loving it?

I have no idea about HSBC as I am using Lloyds myself. I am aware that HSBC and Barclay they do charge you £5 if your current account is less than £2000.

I also have no idea who is doing Bioscience but for the last 3 years, I have not met anyone who did bioscience. This year I not sure cause I have already left Birmingham Uni.

Don't worry too much you will find out during then first meeting at MasocBham.

Weather is nice now but not in few months time haha.. have you tried Malaysian Delight? very nice restaurant open by Msian ppl

Where are you trying to transfer your credits? From Malaysia to UK? If you have bankdraft that should be fast isn't it?

If you want to buy your grocery, you can go Fiveways which is near to your house or sainsbury, take the 44 bus just outside the university station or near your house but it must be towards vincent drive. It's a free bus.

For duvet, pillow etc, you can go to Argos which is at the Palasades connected to Birmingham New Street station, or can just walk around the bull ring.

China town is a bit hard to guide from words, but if could search from google map it will be much easier. Just type malaysian delight and you can find where it is.

The president is coming back today and I need he needs few days to settle. I will ask him to help you out once he is free. :D

Regarding the selly oak house, it is kinda old and not so secured. I would advise don't go through any agent when you are looking for house. They are not supportive, money minded and they will deduct your deposit whenever they have chance to do so.

You can stay at harborne, it's a nice place and you can walk to sainsbury too. If you interested, I can give you the landlord's contact. He owns many houses there.

Good luck! 8-)
